Alternatively, you can lodge a complaint with the NDIS using the following methods:- Online: Utilize the Feedback form or participate in live chat on their official website.- Email: Send your correspondence to enquiries@ndis.gov.au.- Phone: Call the NDIS National Contact Centre at 1800 800 110, available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.- In person: Visit an NDIS office, Local Area Coordinator (LAC), or Early Childhood (EC) partner.- Mail: Send your concerns to NDIA, GPO Box 700, Canberra ACT 2601.If you require interpreter services, please contact the Translation and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 and request connection to the NDIS. For individuals with hearing or speech impairments, use TTY at 1800 555 677 or the National Relay Service at 1800 555 727. We are dedicated to assisting you and will facilitate referrals to appropriate resources as needed.
